At the Google I/O, Google teased the Pixel Watch, the company’s first smartwatch, as expected. It has a circular curved screen with a domed design. It has a tactile crown along with two buttons, as rumoured. The smartwatch has a stainless steel case and will support customizable bands.

The image has confirmed GPS support, 5ATM or 50m water resistance and LTE support to make calls and send messages without the phone. It will also support NFC for Google Wallet payments. There is continuous heart rate and sleep tracking, and will come with Fitbit integration offering fitness tracking with Active Zone Minute, stats, progress, and personal fitness goals.

It will run Wear OS 3.1 that will let you control Nest home devices right from your wrist. It will come with Google Assistant, Google Maps and support for apps from the Play Store, similar to other Wear OS watches.

Google will introduce the Pixel Watch along with the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones later this fall, which should be around October.
